The reason I am a decorative painter, well, the way it all began.....

At an early age my parents recognized my artistic potential. I was enrolled into Michael Masselli’s Art Studio by age 7. I learned "old master style" of still life, oil on canvas. I continued with him until high school, where I was introduced to all other mediums of art. I always painted and drew for pleasure. My friends and I took art classes in Philadelphia. I took a course painting large exterior murals with The Anti Graffiti Network. I started a hand painted clothing business during a casino job. Faux painting immediately followed.

LF CREATIVE PAINTING formally began in 1989. My first large scale project was a country club. I painted two large murals, faux painted 3000 square feet of wall space. Painted motifs and accented columns in the ballroom. The most exciting was the hand made wallpaper with the photos of golfers printed on it.

I like the challenge of large scale projects. I've been fortunate to work with some great clients, whom have allowed me to decorate their entire homes. Together we have made custom stencils to coordinate fabrics. The latest in finishes are that of plasters, and luster stone, which is applied with a trowel. Together with murals and faux finishes, the magnificent homes become my favorite expression, "jaw dropping"...
